"Very Poor"
Do not stay at this hotel. This property is not save. We stayed at this hotel during 30th APR - 1st May 24. there was somebody broked the window room and unlock the door and steal all of the bags and all the valuable stuffs. This was happened while we were sleeping in the early morning. The hotel staff or owner was not helpful at all. We lost all the money, credit cards, and car key but were were fired out and they asked to pay additional fee if we want to wait for our friend to pick us up from Los Angeles which we have to stay there for 7-8 hrs more. We asling the property to check the camera but they did't allow. This hotel is not safe at all. They didn't even notify is us about this since the property is ALLOW ramdom people to get in. They only just told us not to keep belongings insode the car. All the other room windows also got window cracked. Please think twice if you wanna stay in this hotel.

the spot was perfect - near to the sea. A super market was very close (a safeway). very clean and comfy rooms. The people at the rception very kind. bus stops very close to the hotel (usually bus 45)

Location is great. Close to the Fisherman's wharf and to the Golden Gate. The facility is old but clean and well maintained. There's lots of parking and it is spacious. Neighborhood appears safe and quiet, but it's San Francisco so take extra measures and don't leave any valuables in your car. Make sure it is locked properly.

Close to the bus, which drives to the Golden Gate Bridge, Fisherman's Wharf and Pier 39 in less than 15 minites. The room was clean and we had breakfast included. Free parking is a big plus.

Comfy Rooms with simple breakfast the most added advantage. Room amenities shampoo, soup, lotion, facial wipes. Coffee maker & microwave. Free parking. Iron & iron board in room

Good location that felt safe and quiet. Well kept rooms with free, convenient parking. Ice machine and soda vending. Helpful staff. Basic breakfast included, however I didnt avail myself of it. Had a really nice retro feel but without feeling old or tatty. Would happily stay again.
